These terms govern your use of UPI Voice Alert. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. Please read the subscription section carefully — it explains exactly what you'll be charged and when.
01 Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using UPI Voice Alert ("the app"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
UPI Voice Alert is developed and operated under the brand AppTriq by Rock Lee Digital, registered in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India — referred to as "we," "us," or "our" throughout these terms.
02 What the service is
UPI Voice Alert reads supported UPI/payment app notifications on your device to detect successful incoming payments, and announces them with a sound and a spoken amount. It also offers a UPI QR code, transaction reports, and optional team payment alerts.
03 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use UPI Voice Alert. You must be lawfully entitled to accept UPI payments as the business or individual named on your account.
04 Accounts
You sign in with Google Sign-In. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure, for the accuracy of the merchant name and UPI ID you enter, and for any activity under your account. One account per Google account.
05 Subscription & billing
UPI Voice Alert is free to use, supported by ads. Upgrading to Pro removes all ads and unlocks automatic daily team payment-report emails for merchants using the Team feature. New eligible subscribers get a free trial on Pro:
| Period | Price |
|---|---|
| First 3 days | Free |
| After day 3, monthly | ₹149 / month, auto-renewing |
This is a genuine free trial — you are not charged anything for the first 3 days. A payment method is still required to start the trial, but it is not charged unless you keep Pro past day 3, at which point billing automatically continues at ₹149 per month until you cancel. Free-trial eligibility follows Google Play's own rules for one-time use per account.
All payments are processed by Google Play Billing under Google's own terms. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the Play Store's Subscriptions page, or from Manage Subscription in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. See our Refund Policy for how refunds are handled.
If Google Play prices change for your region, you'll be notified in advance as required by Google Play policy before any new price takes effect.
06 Team feature
You can add up to five team members by email to receive a daily payment summary. Team members don't have accounts of their own and don't take any action to join — as soon as you add an email address, that person begins receiving daily report emails. Because of this, you agree to only add people who've agreed to receive them, and to remove anyone who asks you to stop. You're responsible for managing who's on your team at all times.
07 Acceptable use
- Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
- Don't use the app for unlawful payment activity or to misrepresent transactions.
- Don't attempt to access another merchant's or team's data.
- Don't abuse the team invitation system to add people without their consent.
08 Accuracy & limitations
Payment detection depends on reading the notification format used by third-party UPI apps, which those apps can change at any time without notice to us. As a result, the app may occasionally miss, delay, duplicate, or misread a notification. Voice announcements and reports are supplementary aids, not official records — always verify payments through your bank statement or the paying UPI app.
09 Intellectual property
UPI Voice Alert's app, design, and branding are our original work and are owned by us. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any UPI app, bank, or payment provider referenced for compatibility purposes.
10 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You can stop using the app or delete your account at any time from Settings.
11 Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% accurate payment detection, and we disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law.
12 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses arising from a missed, delayed, or incorrect payment announcement, or from relying on in-app reports for accounting or tax purposes.
13 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, announced in the app. Continuing to use UPI Voice Alert after a change means you accept the updated terms.
